140 - Approved - Mar 2008
Now I'm planning to move to another company("B").
What are the chances to keep my PD, even though my company "A" revokes my 140?
what are the chances/risks for Company"A" to revoke my 140??

Canada has been using this for skilled worker program, where individuals can apply for Canadian permanent residency independently if they fullfill the passmark. Other countries like Australia, UK and New Zealand also follow suit with different types of difficulties.

I think in many ways its advisable to not leave the country until you actually have the approved AP in your hand.
In this case i guess the folks got a bit lucky. The officers at the POE would have to really dig deep into your case details and compare all sorts of dates to probably determine that you left US before you got your AP.
I doubt there is anything that automatically cancels or abandons your application if you travel prior to receiving the AP approval notice.

If it is not too urgent for you to visit India. I would recommend you reschedule your flight and do H1 in PP. Its just too risky to assume that you will get approval notice before your vacations ends and you will be able to schedule appointment and get stamping done. If I were you, would have postponed unless its absolutely urgent.

I am working in USA. I am planning to travel to India next month and require to apply for USA Visa interview.
I have 2 years and 3 months old younger Son who is born in USA and is a American Citizen holding American Passport.
Could you please shar exp. if he will be allowed to be with us during our Visa Interview in New Delhi Embassy. if Yes. pls let me know if there is any requirement for his entry inside the New Delhi Embassy.
Appreciate your reply in this regard.

They will allow you to carry your kids for the visa appointment. In fact you will get preferential treatment in the sense that you get a higher priority token fort he actual appointment and the VO maybe more sympathetic to your case. Iam quoting this from my own experience in late 2009 having my daughter who was 1 year and 3 months actually helped our cause we were out of the embassy in 30 minutes while there were people who waited for hours.

Yes you can apply for an extension on medical grounds, be sure to include a letter from her Doctor and all the hospital records and explian clearly why the extension is required, this should get approved.

Yes, Travel via London needs:
EITHER Valid Visa stamping in Passport to Destination Country
OR Direct-Air-Transit UK Visa stamping in Passport
Advance Parole is really a valid Entry Permit - but, it has a class about the officer may still deny your admission. This class is a statement to send the candidate back if they do not want to allow due to some issues after the AP is issued, etc. So, some countries (like UK) do not allow to fly in AP without valid visa stamping.
FYI: My friend travelled via Germany and he returned back OK. Going to India via Germany is not an issue for Indian Citizens - but, Germany had the same rule as UK 2 Yrs back for returning to USA sector. Looks like, Germany allows transit travel using APs now-a-days. Not sure 100% about return to USA using AP , better to check.
